House Fire & Hydrant Flood Displace Two Md. Families

A Montgomery County neighborhood is cleaning up after an unusual chain of events that started with a house fire and ended with a fire hydrant blowing out of its pipe and sending water gushing into nearby yards and damaging one home. News4’s Kristin Wright reports.
