Children's National Holds Special Halloween Party for Patients

All across our area kids are getting excited to put on their costumes and head out to trick-or-treat. But not everyone gets to celebrate Halloween at home. Dozens of staffers and volunteers at Children’s National are making sure patients and their families get to have some fun. News4’s Justin Finch has more.
