Historic, Emotional Day in DC as Cuba Reopens Embassy

The flag of Cuba flies high in Washington for the first time in 54 years. Diplomatic ties were officially restored at midnight Monday and the Cuban government raised the flag at its embassy a short time later. As David Culver reports, for the estimated 2 million Americans with ties to Cuba, it’s been a day filled with strong emotion.
