Historic Sewage Pact Reached to Help Handle Population Boom

Washington area leaders reached an important, 99-year agreement on how to handle tons of daily sewage in our region. As News4’s Tom Sherwood reports, it’s the first such agreement since 1985. It is designed to allow a lot more development in the coming decades.
