Hiring of DC VA Med Center Acting Director Scrutinized

The man brought in to fix the troubled Washington DC VA Medical Center is under scrutiny himself. Scott MacFarlane learned the VA is investigating whether rules were broken in the hiring of Larry Connell, the acting director of the medical center.
