Hail of 75 Bullets Shakes Southeast DC Neighborhood

The signs of what happened Tuesday night will still be visible as children trick-or-treat on Wednesday. A 25-year-old man was killed Tuesday on Alabama Avenue SE as about 75 shots rang out. “They’re crazy out here,” one resident said. News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
