GWU Hospital's First Baby of 2015

As Sarah Dennis and her family welcome baby Sawyer, the first baby born in 2015 at George Washington University Hospital, some hospitals are abandoning the tradition in hopes of protecting patients. Hospitals say announcing “New Year’s babies” can put patients and their infants at risk for abduction and identity theft.
