GW Parkway NB Closed Through Weekend Due to Sinkhole

A stormwater drain overwhelmed by all the rain in the area collapsed, creating a sinkhole that forced the National Park Service to close the northbound lanes of George Washington Parkway in Fairfax County. A News4 investigation revealed the NPS has almost a billion dollar in deferred maintenance on its parkways. News4’s Adam Tuss reports.
