‘I Cried Many Days': Friends Speak About Slain Homeless Man

Francisco Sagastizado was remembered on Friday, a day after Prince George’s County police announced that a 13-year-old boy and 14-year-old boy have been charged with his murder. Sagastizado was an immigrant from El Salvador who worked odd jobs and lived in a tent in the woods for the past four years, friend Freddie Flores said. “I cried many days,” Flores said. “I was his family.”
