Neighbors Fight Proposed School Stadium Lights

A plan to add stadium lighting at an Alexandria high school is a dividing the neighborhood. Neighbors say adding lights to the T.C. Williams High School football stadium would disrupt their quality of life. News4’s Derrick Ward has more on the proposed plan.
