Frederick Douglass Statue to Move to U.S. Capitol

One of the most famous former slaves to call D.C. home is about to get his place in the U.S. Capitol. A statue of abolitionist Frederick Douglass is being moved from its current home in Judiciary Square on Wednesday. News4’s Zachary Kiesch spoke to the artist behind the statue about what it took to make Douglass come to life.
