Frederick Co. Man Charged With Killing Girlfriend

Police didn’t have to look for long to find a Frederick County man accused of killing his girlfriend — he was already in jail. He was pulled over for something else in Baltimore hours before police even knew the woman was dead inside their home. Darcy Spencer reports.
