Former High School Row Coach Pleads Guilty to Sexually Abusing Student

Kirkland Shipley, a former teacher and girls’ rowing coach at Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda, pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a high school student and possessing sexually explicit material of a former 17-year-old high school student. News4’s Aimee Cho reports.
