Food-Borne Illnesses Sicken Thousands Each Year

A federal health report released last week actually said the number of E. Coli cases in the United States are decreasing. But when it comes to other dangerous strains of bacteria that commonly contaminate our foods, there hasn’t been much progress in getting them out of our food supply. What most people don’t realize is that food-borne illnesses are more than just a stomach ache.
