Flooding from Heavy Rain Closes Frederick YMCA

Some parts of Frederick County in Maryland got hit with 6 and a half inches of rain Tuesday night. People all over the area were posting pictures and videos of the waves of rain and the high water washing over roads. But the flooding was not just a problem for drivers. News4’s Justin Finch is at the YMCA, where people are working to clean up some flood damage there.
