Father of Slain Reporter to Press for Gun Laws

The father of the WDBJ-TV reporter killed on the air will press lawmakers for changes to gun laws. Andy Parker is asking lawmakers to do “whatever it takes.” Gun law advocates have called for a day of action in cities across the U.S. and the use of the hashtag #whateverittakes. Parker’s daughter Allison and her colleague Adam Ward were murdered by a former reporter last month.
