Family: Hit and Run Victim Was Helping Change a Flat Tire

The family of a man killed by a hit-and-run driver in Fairfax County tells News4 he was helping someone change a flat tire. Clarence Alston, 42, pulled over late Saturday night on I-95 near Lorton. A 19-year-old woman is facing charges.
