DC Dads to Officially Adopt Their 5-Year-Old Son

Dwight and Whitney Miller have been 5-year-old Corey Miller’s foster dads since he was just two weeks old. On Saturday, the adoption will become official. “We’ve been a family for a long time now, but to have it officially recognized in the eyes of the law means a great deal to us,” Whitney Miller said.
