Family of Fairfax Co. Teen Celebrates New Medical Marijuana Law

You can now use marijuana in Virginia to treat debilitating seizures. The bill signed into law Thursday allows for Cannabis oil that doesn’t produce a high. News4’s David Culver is in Richmond with a look at how one Fairfax County family plans to overcome that challenge.
