Family Narrowly Escapes Northeast DC House Fire

Residents were jolted awake when a house burst into flames in Northeast D.C. A relative had to drop a 2-year-old boy from a second story window to save him and a 14-year-old girl also jumped out of a window to escape. News4’s Derrick Ward reports.
