Family of Man Killed by Street Sweeper Sues Company for $12M

The family of the man hit and killed by a street sweeping machine in Northeast D.C. this summer has sued a construction company for $12 million. James Gary is survived by five children, three stepchildren and 22 grandchildren. News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
