Falling Tree Branch Kills Maintenance Worker Near U.S. Capitol

An employee with the Architect of the Capitol died after a branch from a large elm tree fell on him Tuesday morning. It happened along Independence Avenue SE on the grounds of the Capitol, as the victim was performing work on an irrigation pipe. News4’s Chris Gordon reports.
