Cable Guy Impostor Steals From Two D.C. Homes

A man pretending to be a cable worker has conned his way into at least two D.C. homes to steal personal property. The parents of Council member and mayoral candidate Muriel Bowser are among the victims. News 4’s Mark Segraves reports.
