Fairfax County Veterans Court Celebrates First Graduates

A new program in Fairfax County is giving veterans charged with non-violent crimes another chance. “This is my second chance in life,” said Steven Daniel, a graduate of the program. Northern Virginia Bureau Reporter David Culver reports.
