Express Lanes Toll Soars to $30 During Thursday Evening Rush

The cost to drive the I-495 Express Lanes in Virginia surged to $30 Thursday night. VDOT salt trucks are being blamed, and drivers who paid the toll may be able to get some of their money back. News4 Northern Virginia Bureau Reporter David Culver reports.
