Expert: Pregnant Women Often Are Vulnerable to Abuse

In the wake of the murder of pregnant teacher Laura Wallen, one expert says pregnant women are often vulnerable to abuse by their partners. “It’s about power and control — one person wanting to have power over another person,” said Dawn Dalton on the D.C.
