Exclusive: Alleged Drunk Teacher Speaks Out

NBC Washington’s Shomari Stone spoke exclusively with a Lunsford Middle School teacher who was arrested Monday afternoon and charged with being drunk at school. Radhakrishnan Sivaramapillai resigned from teaching at the school, but denies doing anything wrong.
