Equipment to Blame in Mall Garage Collapse

A new report says equipment is to blame for a deadly parking garage collapse in Bethesda. A malfunctioning jack or over extended scaffolding may have caused a 43-thousand pound concrete slab to collapse at the Westfield Montgomery Mall back in May, The Washington Post reported. One construction worker died.
