Equal Rights Amendment Gets Boost in Virginia

Virginia is poised to become the 38th and final state needed to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment and possibly change the Constitution. “It is long past time, and we’re going to get it done this year,” ERA supporter Anna Bradley said as state lawmakers returned to Richmond on Wednesday .
