Enhanced 911 at Military Bases?

An August memo from the U.S. defense secretary said the military was lagging in getting enhanced 911 systems in place. The infrastructure is in place at Navy Yard, but the Navy couldn’t tell the I-Team’s Scott MacFarlane is the system is running yet. D.C. police say there were able to respond to Monday’ shooting within minutes.
