Emergency Landing at LaGuardia Causes Delays

Authorities are working to remove the Southwest Airlines jet that skidded and sparked along the runway after its front landing gear collapsed upon touchdown at LaGuardia Airport Monday, injuring about 10 people in a hard landing that forced the closure of the runway and caused significant delays.
