Eastern Market Area Named a ‘DC Main Street'

Blocks near D.C.’s Eastern Market were designed on Friday at parts of the DC Main Streets program. “A Main Street can help tie a vision together and help protect a lot of the retail business and the mix that we have,” Ward 6 Councilman Charles Allen said. News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
