Dulles Airport to Sell 424 Acres for New Development

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority announced Monday plans for data company Digital Realty to purchase 424 acres of undeveloped land west of Dulles International Airport for $236.5 million, but local residents fear the sale will bring more traffic congestion and other disruptions from construction.
