Drivers Slow to Warm Up to I-66 Tolls

There’s some road work on one of the busiest commuter routes in the region, I-66 inside the beltway in Arlington, where later this year, some drivers will have to pay tolls during rush hour. News4’s Jackie Bensen reports some drivers aren’t too happy about the change.
