Charges are pending against a driver who hit a police cruiser while driving in the wrong direction Monday evening, Montgomery County police said. Both cars had front-end damage.
A driver going the wrong-way crashed into a police cruiser in Gaithersburg, Maryland Monday evening, Montgomery County police said.
The crash occurred at 10 p.m. Monday night at the intersection of North Frederick Avenue and Chestnut Street, according to police.
Both vehicles were left with major front-end damage.
Neither the officer of the driver were hurt. Charges are pending for the driver.
