Dozens Sleep Outside in Cold to Raise Money for DC Teens Experiencing Homelessness

On a bone-chilling night along the Wharf in Southwest D.C., about 100 people braved the cold concrete with nothing but a sleeping bag, to raise awareness of the homeless youth that have to deal with those conditions every night. News4’s Dominique Moody reports.
