Dozens of Vehicles Vandalized at Gaithersburg Apartment Complex

Some residents of a Gaithersburg apartment complex had a rough start to the week. Police said a group of teenagers jumped on top of about three dozen cars and stomped in the windshields. News4’s Pat Collins reports.
