Dozens of Solar Panels Installed at D.C. Govt. Buildings Under New Deal

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser talked to Mark Segraves on the roof of the Wilson Building, where solar panels help power the facility. Dozens of additional solar panels will be installed at government buildings across the city under a new deal announced Tuesday. The city is also sending a delegation to Paris for the climate change summit.
