Downtown DC I-395 Ramp Will Change Traffic Patterns

How drivers access I-395 in downtown D.C. will change on Saturday. While the new ramp near the Capitol Crossing construction project will help drivers headed east on Massachusetts Avenue, drivers headed west will have to find a new way to get onto the freeway. News4’s Mark Segraves explains.
