Unlike a lot of food TV, this documentary — which is being shown at the AFI Docs Film Festival this weekend — is about the business, not just a star chef, reports News4’s Kristin Wright. “This is an American dream film, and I hope people really walk away feeling inspired, and feeling like they can tackle something that most people wouldn’t,” said director and cinematographer Dustin Harrison-Atlas.
