Deadline Friday for Virginia's Mail-In Ballots to Arrive

Friday is the deadline for mail-in ballots to arrive and get counted in Virginia. Those final ballots could tip the scales in one of Virginia’s congressional races that’s still too close to call on Friday morning. News4’s Juliana Valencia reports.
