DC Taxis: Credit Card Payments & More on the Way

It’s something D.C. taxi riders have wanted a long time now: Today city leaders unveiled a plan to install a new meter system that allows credit card payments and more for passengers and drivers. They could be installed as soon as next month. News4’s Tom Sherwood has more on the changes.
