Man Steals Bar of Soap; Dies After Being Tasered

A shoplifting suspect who died in the custody of Arlington County Police was tasered after he disobeyed officers and got into a confrontation with one officer, police said. The suspect’s father says he stole a bar of soap and a pair of clippers.
