DC youth take life-changing cultural immersion trip to Brazil

As part of the efforts to reduce violence in the District — particularly youth violence — the D.C. government has been providing grants to local groups with innovative ideas on how to keep neighborhoods safe. News4’s Mark Segraves spoke with a group of kids from Southeast who recently experienced the trip of a lifetime thanks to one of those programs.
