D.C. Woman Gave Ferguson Police Diversity Training

The turmoil in Ferguson is hitting close to a home for a woman in the District . Dr. Madye Henson is the head of a homeless youth center in D.C., but a decade ago, she conducted diversity training for the Ferguson, Missouri police department. She tells News4’s Chris Gordon what might have made a difference in the case.
