DC VA Doctor Helps Deliver Baby Born in Car

A father rushing to a hospital for the delivery of his daughter had to stop at the first emergency room he could find when the girl was born in the car. News4’s Scott MacFarlane the delivery ended at the Washington DC VA Medical Center, which doesn’t have an obstetrics department.
