A D.C. taxi is caught on camera making a dangerous illegal U-Turn onto a bicycle lane. The YouTube video reached more than one million views in just a couple days. News4’s Mark Segraves talked to the man who took the video. He explains how the bike lanes designed for making commuting easier are actually making a major D.C. route more confusing and dangerous.
