DC Mayor to Bill Feds for Trash Pickup

It costs Washington, D.C., about $50,000 each week to pick up the trash that federal government workers can’t pick up during the partial government shutdown. News4’s Mark Segraves reports D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser plans to bill the federal government for those costs.
