Famous Marriage Licenses on Display at DC Court

Rare artifacts that tell the history of our country and the nation’s capital are on display at the D.C. Superior Court. The court is showing famous famous marriage licenses — including the certificate of Richard and Mildred Loving, an interracial couple that got married in D.C. because they were not allowed to get married in Virginia. News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
