DC Superior Court Offering Safe Surrender for People With Warrants

Thousands of people will soon be at risk of being arrested because of outstanding warrants in the District. Because of the pandemic, those warrants weren’t being enforced, but that’s about to change. News4’s Mark Segraves spoke to a D.C. judge about a program called safe surrender.
